About Me

My name is Morgan, and I am the owner and coach for SelfMadeFit. I am a three-time nationally qualified NPC Figure Competitor, as well as an NGA Pro Figure Competitor, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I struggled with my weight and body-confidence for YEARS before finally taking the step to hire my first physique coach. It was only then that I truly found my passion for learning about the body, proper nutrition, and proper training technique. I changed my body, my mind, and my outlook on myself. I never thought that I would be inspiring people to change their lives, but I have a true passion and gift for helping others be the best versions of themselves and love their bodies. My nutrition and training packages are designed for anyone from beginner to expert, and coaching packages are individualized to fit each client.

This knowledge, as well as many years of personal interest and research, has led to a vast knowledge about the nutrients needed to adequately fuel the body, and how to use nutrients in such a way to meet a variety of fitness goals. Experience participating in many fad diets, weight-gain, weight-loss, and major nutrient manipulation for figure competitions provides a well-rounded knowledge of the importance and required amounts of protein, fats, and carbohydrates for any goal.
