Purpose

SelfMadeFit was established to help create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that you can stick to long-term. Coaching packages are designed to be an individualized experience and are customized to each client's needs.

Every email and text message is answered, every plan is customized. There are no cookie-cutter plans, because no two people are the exact same. SelfMadeFit works with you to come up with a plan that fits your schedule, your likes, your dislikes, and your goals.

Morgan

Morgan is the owner and coach for SelfMadeFit. She is a three-time nationally qualified NPC Figure Competitor, as well as an NGA Pro Figure Competitor and Certified Personal Trainer. After participating in many fad diets, she was introduced to the idea of bodybuilding competitions as well as flexible-dieting. Her entire mindset surrounding food changed and she finally found balance with food and her life that she had been searching for for so long. The lifestyle she has created for herself has inspired her to help others achieve healthy lifestyles for themselves that they can sustain without sacrificing the social and sanity sides of dieting. Her nutrition and training packages are designed for anyone from beginner to expert, and coaching packages are individualized to fit each client.

This knowledge, as well as many years of personal interest and research, has led to a vast knowledge about the nutrients needed to adequately fuel the body, and how to use nutrients in such a way to meet a variety of fitness goals. Experience participating in many fad diets, weight-gain, weight-loss, and major nutrient manipulation for figure competitions provides a well-rounded knowledge of the importance and required amounts of protein, fats, and carbohydrates for any goal.

Certified Personal Trainer - American Council on Exercise (ACE)
Certified personal trainers are taught how to create effective workout and cardio routines with client safety in mind. Lifting and cardio programs are designed to progress at a rate that is optimal for individual client needs and goals.
