The lifting and cardio schedules offered are customized to your fitness level and goals. You will receive a lifting schedule as well as a cardio schedule that focuses on muscle endurance, strength, and power, as well as cardiorespiratory endurance. The amount of reps and sets for each exercise will be given, but not the amount of weight to use. Programs are adjusted according to client progress.
