Lifting and Cardio Coaching

There are many benefits of being physically active, including prevention of most major diseases. Some of the benefits of regular exercise include:

  • enhanced feelings of well-being

The lifting and cardio schedules offered are customized to your fitness level and goals. You will receive a lifting schedule as well as a cardio schedule that focuses on muscle endurance, strength, and power, as well as cardiorespiratory endurance. The amount of reps and sets for each exercise will be given, but not the amount of weight to use. Programs are adjusted according to client progress.

I expect that my clients stay in touch, so we can work together to find what works best for each person, and adjust plans as needed

This purchase is for the first month of coaching. Upon checkout, you will be asked to set up an account for monthly payments. Your payment will remain the same for all consecutive coaching months, even if rates increase. You may cancel your coaching at any time by logging into your account. Once you discontinue coaching, any discount expires and future rates will be as posted.
