All meal plans are 100% customized for your body and your goals. The meal plan will include 5-6 meals per day (depending on preference) and will have two options per meal. Meal plans are designed by calculating how many of each macronutrient (protein, fat, and carbohydrate) your body needs per day, factoring in your goals, and combining foods to meet those needs.
The meal plans do not have a time frame. You can use them as long as you wish, but only ONE plan per person is offered (no updates, changes, etc.) every 6 months.
